Founding Partner
Founding partner rooted in UAE government and knowledge institutions, including The Executive Office and the Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Knowledge Foundation. He anchors Manzilo's institutional relationships.
Wadah Salim
Co-Founder, CEO
Co-founder and CEO, with experience across Volker Highways, PlayStation, and Kantar. He leads Manzilo's vision, strategy, and day-to-day execution.
Ali Alhashimi
Co-Founder, CTO
Co-founder and CTO, with engineering and digital-transformation experience across Dubai's RTA and ADIB. He owns Manzilo's platform, AI, and technical direction.
Ibrahim Abdalbasit
Head of Engineering
Head of Engineering, with prior product and engineering experience at DoJoin and Azhar. He shapes how tenants, managers, and vendors actually use Manzilo.
